Our office is active in the field of architecture, with over 40 years of experience. It was founded in the early 80’s under the name “Tonia Zissimou Architects” and in 2010 it was renamed Studio 3 Architects Ltd.

Our office is based in Nicosia with activities all over the country. Today it employs three architects on a permanent basis and collaborates with a variety of specialist designers depending on the nature and volume of work.

Our aim is to satisfy the client through the implementation of a project, which will be both functionally and aesthetically the result of an architectural conception, based on the needs of the people it will serve and the use of modern methods and materials of construction.
